In the autumn we shared our plans to develop the new online service with those of you at the partner events. We have since made contact with those of you who wanted to provide feedback as the new system takes shape (please contact your account manager if you would also like to provide feedback, it’s not too late!).
Our aim is to improve the customer experience for our partners and this new system will enable online acceptance of contracts, contract variations and data ordering – please see the image below, which shows how the system could potentially look.
Currently, this new system is due to go live in spring 2014. Its introduction will require some minor changes to your existing contacts and a formal email detailing these changes is due to be sent out to you all in the new year. Further updates on progress will be included in future newsletters and in the next partner events in February 2014.
