Improvements to ordering OS OpenData

As of 1 April 2017, if you’d like to receive updated versions of OS OpenData products, you will need to place your own orders from our new-look OS OpenData ordering page.

In September 2016 we let you know about a series of improvements we are making to the way you order OS OpenData products from us, and we’ve completed the first phase. You can now order OS OpenData products in one place by clicking on the ‘OS OpenData’ tab in your PSMA OS Orders account.

We’ve also improved the layout of OS OpenData product information so you can easily find what you’re looking for, and have included an obvious publication date.

Take a look at the new OS OpenData ordering page.

Please don’t forget, as we mentioned in September, we’ll be stopping automatic supplies of our OS OpenData products as of 31 March 2017.

More improvements on the way

We are now approaching the next phase of our ongoing improvements to the OS OpenData ordering portal. During April 2017, we will be tidying up the information you see in OS Orders and our data supply records, by:

  • Removing details about your OS OpenData holdings from the 'My Products' page. Note: information about your previous OS OpenData orders will remain on the 'Order History' and 'Download History' pages.
  • Closing any remaining active contracts for OS OpenData products – but don’t worry, there is no need for you to take any action.

We hope you like these improvements and find it easier to order OS OpenData.
