British Walking Festivals 2017

book your holidays now!

Whether it's a family amble, an informative trek or a long-distance challenge, there's a walking festival for everyone in Britain in 2017

If you have never planned a walk before, walking festivals are a great way to get started. Many offer walks led by knowledgeable local guides, who can teach you much more about the history, wildlife and geology of the local area. More experienced walkers will enjoy the challenge of longer routes, some over several days, in the company of like-minded enthusiasts.

The events are in date order. Use the date or location filter options to find your ideal 2017 walking festival or click here to show just this month.
