Our founder created Maptastic in 2022 in response to a growing need for geospatial expertise in the environment & ecology sectors. With Biodiversity Net Gain becoming law and the growing need to create digital records for surveys Maptastic supports businesses from individual freelancers to small and medium sized consultancies to utilise geospatial data and mapping.

Maptastic
Maptastic is a Bradford based business focussed on the Ecology & Environment sectors in the UK & Ireland. Maptastic is focused on SMEs, independent and freelance businesses for their mapping, data, training and workflow development needs. As a small business (Maptastic is just me, QGIS, and a fancy field work tablet) I keep smaller businesses and freelancers in the environment sector as my North Arrow (see what I did there?).
