Advice and Assistance

The information provided shows invoices that have not been paid within 30 days of the invoice date; however, it does not distinguish between invoices that are late, and those where there has been a query delaying payment, or those which have been disputed. Therefore, the information provided contains invoices where payment exceeds 30 days for valid reasons.

Ordnance Survey is required to publish payment practices data every 6 months which summarises our payments made into average time to pay and then paid in < 30 days, 31-60 days, and more than 60 days. This is published on gov.uk: ORDNANCE SURVEY LIMITED reports - Search published payment practice reports - GOV.UK. You may find this helpful.
