Your annual licence fee will be calculated according to the number of offices/premises you state on the application form.

Please note that it is Ordnance Survey's policy not to give a refund for a reduction in the number of offices in which copying is taking place, during the term of the licence.
However, when renewing your licence in subsequent years you will have the opportunity to update the number of offices in which copying takes place and you will be charged accordingly.
Terms and conditions
What the terms permit you to do
Publish copies of OS mapping on your web pages, for example to show the location of your offices. Include copies of OS mapping as part of your professional service, for example, to supply a copy of an extract of an OS map to your client.
Obtaining permission from other publishers
This licence allows you to copy mapping based on OS mapping produced by another publisher, subject to you obtaining permission to copy the mapping involved directly from that publisher.
Annual licence fee
The annual fee is based on the number of offices to be covered by your licence.
Refunds or reductions in fees
Please note that it is Ordnance Survey's policy not to give a refund for a reduction in the number of offices in which copying is taking place, during the term of the licence. However, when renewing your licence in subsequent years you will have the opportunity to update the number of offices in which copying takes place and you will be charged accordingly.
