Geovation marks ten years of the Accelerator Programme with the launch of its 22nd cohort
Press Office
Delivered in collaboration with Ordnance Survey (OS) and HM Land Registry (HMLR), the Geovation Accelerator Programme supports founders who are using high-quality public sector data and emerging technologies to unlock new value across the economy. To date, Geovation has supported over 180 innovators, with more than 70% progressing through the Accelerator Programme.
Geovation has now announced the 22nd cohort of the programme, welcoming eight early-stage startups tackling some of the UK’s most pressing challenges using location, land, and property data. This latest group was selected following Geovation’s most competitive open call to date, with hundreds of applications from founders across the UK, reflecting growing demand for support at the intersection of data, technology, and place-based innovation.
Collectively, Cohort 22’s startups are responding to complex decision‑making challenges spanning climate resilience, energy transition, market transparency, and infrastructure risk by combining location intelligence, and land and property data, with emerging technologies including AI, automation, and remote sensing. Supported to move quickly from concept to adoption, their innovations contribute to cleaner energy systems, more resilient environments, safer property markets, and long‑term economic growth across the UK.
The eight startups joining Cohort 22 span Geovation’s two complementary tracks: Location Intelligence, supported by OS, and PropTech, delivered in association with HMLR.
PropTech track: transforming property through data‑driven innovation
The PropTech track, delivered in association with HMLR, backs founders applying data‑driven approaches to longstanding challenges in the property market. By focusing on transparency, efficiency, and real‑world use cases, the track supports innovation that aligns with HMLR’s strategic priorities and helps drive meaningful change across the sector.
Leamur is an AI‑powered real estate management platform for commercial tenants. By consolidating company-specific property information with rich third‑party datasets, Leamur creates a single source of truth that surfaces insights, tracks compliance, and identifies cost‑saving opportunities.
TreeStock addresses the growing challenge of managing trees in the face of climate change, pests, disease, and exponential demand. Using state‑of‑the‑art remote sensing and AI, TreeStock creates highly accurate digital twins of individual trees at scale, to understand tree condition and make better‑informed management decisions.
VisiProperties is transforming how property information is accessed at street level. Its QR‑enabled boards and augmented‑reality mobile app display live property information at the kerbside, improving transparency for on‑ and off‑market properties.
"I'm so impressed by how keen the startups joining Cohort 22 are to tackle the real challenges facing the property market with practical, innovative ideas. By using land and property data in clever, real-world ways, they’re creating lasting value that goes well beyond short term gains. At HM Land Registry, we’re really pleased to continue our support for founders whose work helps make land and property transactions a far better experience for all involved."
Location Intelligence track: pushing the boundaries of geospatial insight
In collaboration with OS, the Location Intelligence track supports startups pushing the boundaries of how location data is applied. The startups selected reflect OS’s commitment to enabling new use cases for geospatial insight, addressing emerging challenges, and shaping entirely new markets.
Atlas AI Solutions develops physics‑based AI tools that support UK energy network operators with operational planning and green energy connections. This helps gas and electricity distribution networks address Net Zero delivery and regulatory challenges through faster, more informed decision‑making.
Climingo enables organisations to make better use of weather and climate data through an independent forecast accuracy evaluation platform. By comparing and benchmarking the climate vendor marketplace, the platform supports more informed decisions around risk and resilience planning.
Just Farm makes England's Environmental Land Management schemes accessible to every farmer without expensive agents or consultants. It's a SaaS platform that guides farmers through scheme planning, application, and compliance management.
Emissiv makes sustainable cooling more accessible through specialist thermal and performance software. The platform helps quantify cooling effectiveness and financial payback, accelerating adoption of radiative cooling materials and improving urban heat resilience.
Your Power is a comparison platform designed to simplify the solar quotation process. By generating instant and accurate property‑level financial projections, the company aims to accelerate adoption of clean, affordable power.
"Geovation exists to put the UK at the forefront of location-powered innovation, and Cohort 22 is a strong example of that ambition in action. By combining deep technical expertise, access to world-class public sector data and a highly collaborative ecosystem, the Accelerator provides founders with a unique platform to build, test, and scale solutions that matter. These startups are not only addressing real market gaps – they are helping to shape a more resilient, productive, and data-enabled UK economy."
