Following Geovation’s 15th anniversary — a landmark moment celebrating a decade and a half of location-powered innovation — the 21st Accelerator cohort has been announced. This latest intake underscores Geovation’s longevity and continued commitment to nurturing founders who are using location, land and property data to tackle some of society’s most pressing challenges.

Geovation is the home of location and property innovation. In collaboration with Ordnance Survey (OS) and HM Land Registry (HMLR) it has supported over 150 start-ups to date, with more than 75% coming through the Accelerator Programme.

The award-winning Accelerator Programme runs across two distinct but parallel tracks—GeoTech and PropTech—and has selected six start-ups whose data-driven solutions, rooted in location insight, are powering ideas with the potential to reshape industries and positively impact society.

Start-ups joining the programme will benefit from a refreshed curriculum of targeted workshops, one-to-one mentoring with the Geovation team, and access to a vibrant ecosystem of partners and stakeholders across the geospatial community. Over the six month journey, founders will engage in deep-dive conversations around Customer, Technology, Business Model, Intellectual Property, Team, and Funding Readiness. In collaboration with the Geovation Tech Team, tailored opportunities for software development support will also be explored.

The GeoTech track: pioneering new destinations for location data

In collaboration with OS, the GeoTech track focuses on expanding the horizons of location data. Aligned with OS’s strategy to enable new applications and use cases, the selected start-ups in this track exemplify the potential of geospatial innovation to reach new sectors and solve emerging challenges.

Oko – Oko is simplifying agricultural funding by combining geospatial intelligence with AI to automate matching farms with relevant funding opportunities. Their technologies enable farmers and advisors to navigate eligibility criteria, interpret scheme nuances, and make faster, more informed decisions. By streamlining the funding process, Oko supports farm business viability and environmental stewardship.

TransHumanity – TransHumanity is a Loughborough University spin-out pioneering agentic AI to redefine business intelligence. Their technology eliminates the complexity of traditional BI tools by enabling business users to move directly from raw, fragmented data to actionable insights through a chat interface. Their platform acts as an intelligent workplace powered by agentic AI, allowing users to access data across multiple systems, discover patterns, trends and predictions, understand context through plain-language explanations, and generate tailored reports in real time—simply by talking to the system as if supported by an on-demand data team.

Stratum – Stratum partners with developers to submit stronger planning applications, faster, using AI to draft technical assessments, which are then reviewed by accredited experts to streamline pre-submission. Their platform combines advanced multi-agent AI systems with expert knowledge to produce more accurate reports at lower cost, helping developers secure approvals sooner and with less risk. This accelerates project timelines, safeguards communities and supports sustainable development.

Linckia – Linckia is focused on the development of digital tools for a sustainable future. The team divested out of a long running environmental consultancy with a broad portfolio of intellectual property at concept, MVP, and commercialised stages. Their early-stage commercial prospects centre around solving the problems related to measurement of biodiversity and natural capital, reducing complexity of metrics for a wide audience through geospatial workflows and data insights. Linckia is a ESRI Silver Partner, UKHab commercial reseller and OS channel reseller, which aids positioning for growth and adaptation, in a fast growing and evolving market.

"The start-ups selected for the GeoTech track are redefining what’s possible with location data and intelligent systems. From streamlining biodiversity metrics to simplifying agricultural schemes and transport analytics, these teams are unlocking new value in sectors critical to sustainability and resilience. Their work reflects a growing demand for accessible, scalable solutions that empower better decisions—and we’re proud to support them as they push the boundaries of geospatial innovation."
