Alyson was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of OS on 1 May 2026 and was appointed Chair of OS’s Audit and Risk Committee with effect from 1 July 2026.
Alyson is a Chartered Accountant and former Chief Financial Officer with a strong track record in finance and change management leadership. Alyson brings a detailed understanding of risk management, cyber security, and software, with experience from a number of sectors including food manufacturing, engineering and technology.
Alyson also serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of Audit Committees of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, Eleco plc and SkinbioTherapeutics plc.
