Carol has extensive experience of global Marketing, Brands and Communications, counselling the upper echelons of a raft of entities and Fortune 500 companies across a diversity of sectors. Most recently she held the roles of Global Vice-Chair, Brand and President & CEO of Europe, Middle East and Africa at Edelman..
She has lived and worked in both the developed and the developing markets of USA, Europe, Middle East and Asia including nine years spent in China as President & CEO of BBDO, part of the Omnicom group.
Carol sits on the Development Board of Chance to Shine, a cricket charity, and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts as well as a member of D&AD. She has a degree in Politics and History from Manchester University
