Hannah is Chief People Officer at Ordnance Survey and a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
She is responsible for shaping and delivering OS's people strategy, ensuring the organisation has the leadership, capability, culture and workforce needed to deliver its purpose and strategic ambitions. Hannah leads OS's approach to organisational effectiveness, workforce transformation, leadership, reward, employee relations and talent.
Since first joining OS in 2008, Hannah has built a broad career spanning organisational development, learning, talent, communications, reward and workforce strategy. After gaining additional experience in senior people and organisational development roles outside OS across both public and private sector organisations, she returned in 2022 and has since played a key role in developing and delivering the organisation's people strategy.
Hannah brings a pragmatic and evidence-based approach to leadership, combining a passion for people with a strong focus on organisational performance, capability and long-term sustainability.
