3. New features in Premium download

We’re already made improvements to the Premium download service in the OS Data Hub. These features are available from 27 July 2021:

  • Expand area of interest (AOI) – you can expand the amount of data received on an existing data package, without having to create multiple data packages for the same product.
  • Resupply – you can request a resupply of existing data package(s), so you receive the same area again in a new data package.
  • Expand and resupply error handling – you know if your request to expand or resupply a data package has failed straight away.
  • Expand and resupply notifications – the administrator and an end user will receive an email notification when a data package's details are edited so they can track what changes have been made and receive confirmation of these changes.
  • Change data package name – you can update/edit/change the data package name.
  • View data package change history – you can see who made what changes to your organisation's data packages.
