Every direct customer who signs up to use OS data needs to accept a Framework Contract for direct customers (FCDC).

This licence grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for Licensed Data for the duration of the relevant Data Contract solely for and to the extent permitted by the Licensed Use and the Ancillary Rights.
The agreement does not give you any right to sub-licence, distribute, sell or otherwise make Licensed Data available to third parties.
You must assign IPR in the Customer Created Analytics Data to us to the extent it was created using licensed data. We grant you the right to a royalty-free licence to use such data for your own licensed use and to retain it in perpetuity solely for your own licensed use.
You must keep OS data secure and inform us if you suspect any infringement.
You must use the OS brand in accordance with the branding guidelines.
