From April 2023, the new OS Channel Partner Programme will provide the basis for closer collaboration to support the Partner lifecycle, from recruitment through development and on to independence, and incentivise and support Partners to deliver increased sales. During the week commencing 20 March 2023, we sent emails to eligible OS Licensed Partners to invite you to join our new OS Channel Partner Programme. You have three months to accept this initial tiering after which you will no longer be able to join the tiers until the scheduled review in January 2024

Our new tiered membership
OS has produced a new tiering structure for our Licensed Channel Partners. This enables closer collaboration with OS in order to benefit from higher levels of engagement and rewards. The structure also provides clarity on the support and services Partners can expect to receive, based on your tier.
Benefits of the OS Partner Programme
Enablement Scheme
A programme of enablement that supports the lifecycle of an OS partner: introductory sessions, deep dives, advanced sessions and ongoing knowledge transfer through briefings and learning sessions. A range of training sessions with knowledge transfer, briefings on product launches and a calendar of activities engaging partner technical staff and developers.
Marketing Scheme
Partners will have access to a range of demand generation programmes, marketing collateral including pre-packaged campaigns and self-service co-brandable campaigns, through the partner portal. Marketing through Partners will ensure direct access to warmer prospects leveraging the strong relationships and solutions selling that partners enjoy.
Insights Scheme
This will support partners’ innovation in the strategic direction of OS and its products. Partners will be given greater access to sales and technical specialists in OS, as well as the Propositions and Innovations team, and advanced knowledge of new products, services and datasets. In return, they will provide feedback and insight into customer requirements and market trends that will shape OS’s product direction.
