The Technical Specification document for AdressBase Premium states that the language used in attributes in StreetDescriptor and LPI data supplied as GML is encoded within an xml:lang tag. The LanguageCode enumeration in the document contains a list of language codes - with the caveat that this is not required in GML due to the tag. However, this does imply that the language used could be any of the listed values: ENG, CYM, GAE, or BIL. The first three are obvious, but how would BIL (bilingual) be encoded in XML/GML?
