Hi all, I'm working on a navigation app for Android and iOs, but cannot find an SDK for Android on the the O-S site.

Is there one available for download? Do I need an SDK with the OpenMapLocal vector file format?

as a form to propel an android application, you need the android SDK. you don't unavoidably need Eclipse to propel an android application, it is the form. Shroud is an IDE, it fundamentally makes android movement more noteworthy undemanding. A-One Assignments
