I need to take GPS data (WSG-84 I assume) from a camera for shots taken in Northern Ireland and translate it into Irish grid co ordinates to place locations into AutoCAD OS tiles. At the minute I use

    https://www.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/gps/transformation/

to translate the degrees/decimal minutes format of the GPS module into decimal degrees then use

    http://www.fieldenmaps.info/cconv/cconv_ie.html

to convert that into Irish grid numbers.

That works OK but it's laborious for large numbers of shots and isn't possible without an internet connection. I've tried Grid Inquest 2 but it won't output anything for me

Can anyone steer me to a package that will do this for me (free or commercial) or give some advice on how to use Grid Inquest better please?

I tried OSNI but they just advised Grid Inquest.

In the absence of any solutions would anyone know of any OS forums where Grid Inquest users might be able to help? I can't find any dedicated forums for the software anywhere.
