HM Land Registry provides a ‘Find a property’ service, which allows you to obtain details for any property you are interested in, for example if you are buying or selling a house. The service is based on OS data and subject to the terms and conditions of our Find a property licence.

This service allows you to find information about any property in England or Wales. You can search by address to find the owner, how far general boundaries extend and whether it is at risk of flooding.
