Thank you for your email of 6th June 2021, requesting information from Ordnance Survey in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000, as set out in the extract below:

What payments, if any, you made to XXXXX (officially XXXXX in the financial year 2019/20.
What payments, if any, you made to XXXXX (officially XXXXX in the financial year 2020/21.
What payments, if any, you expect to make to XXXXX (officially XXXXX in the current financial year.”

Our response

I confirm that Ordnance Survey does hold the information you have requested.

For the financial year 2019/2020 and 2020/21 there were no payments made from us to XXXXX. For the current financial year there are no payments expected to be made from us to XXXXX.
