National Grid reference: SN(22)/20 (10 km square at 1:25000 scale) or SN2008 (1 km square at 1:2500 scale) This record has been retained by the Ordnance Survey under section 3 (4) of the Public Records Act 1958 and is therefore not held by The National Archives

Yes, I can confirm that I am requesting a copy of the file listed below, it does not need to be a paper copy - it can be sent to me electronically.

I confirm that Ordnance Survey does not hold the information you have requested.

Any trig files still retained by OS are held in our off-site storage facility. We have checked extensively our off-site storage and we no longer hold a copy of the trig file OS 69/5959 you have requested.
