The Educational Services Provider Contract provides partners (including examination boards and educational publishers) with access to OS premium data to develop products and/or services aimed at schools and/or higher education.

Access OS premium data
Partners, examination boards, and educational publishers can use OS premium data to develop products and/or services aimed at school and/or higher education.
Supports the National Curriculum
This contract is designed to support the National Curriculum for English and Welsh schools and the Curriculum for Excellence for Scottish schools.
Geospatial innovation
Enable partners to create a product/service to encourage those in further education to fully explore and familiarise themselves with OS data, and thereby promote and encourage use of the same for future geospatial innovation.

- Create and deliver hosted online digital products and services for Educational Users (being schools and further education users).
- Create physical or electronic products for commercial or non-commercial use which form an Educational Publication or are Examination Materials for Examination Boards.

It’s a free licence except where: 1) products and services are used by higher education. 2) the dataset has additional third party royalty fees 3) administration fees apply where OS design and provide artwork for examination use.

What we need for this licence
You will be required to sign our Framework Contract (Partner) agreement as well as the Educational Service Provider Contract.
