Geovation announces 20th cohort for award-winning Accelerator Programme
Press Office
OS pioneered the Geovation hub 15 years ago to foster a geospatial ecosystem where startups could solve real-world challenges using location data, which underpins many innovative digital solutions. Geovation has made that data even more accessible, enabling startups to create impactful solutions with new ways of using data and AI technologies that drive positive change, increase efficiencies, and boost the economy.
The latest cohort comprises six GeoTech and PropTech startups, each tackling unique challenges through software solutions and technology to address environmental issues, streamline property transactions, and improve building management. The GeoTech branch is supported by OS, while the PropTech branch is backed by HMLR.
GeoTech startups
- Clio Ventures: Revolutionising home financing for green improvements and retrofitting, Clio Ventures uses AI, multiple datasets, and financial modelling to assess energy efficiency and optimise green loans. Their insights guide mortgage lenders on domestic retrofit lending, helping banks scale sustainable lending practices. Clio is led by Aviv, an ex-consultant with a fintech and banking strategy background, and Soma, a former McKinsey project lead and climate economist.
- Limmi: Using geo-fencing to create tech-free spaces, allowing individuals and organisations to enforce digital boundaries in real-world locations. Unlike self-imposed screen-time restrictions, Limmi works at the environmental level, whether at work, in schools, or at home. Founders Crispin and Alex bring engineering, finance, and strategic expertise to this innovative venture.
- SpaceD: Transforming underutilised commercial spaces into energy-efficient micro data centres, SpaceD leverages AI-driven site selection and sustainability measures like heat reuse. This enables localised, low-latency processing while reducing carbon emissions and revitalising urban real estate. CEO Pegah Noori Khah and CTO Dr Hesamaldin Jadidbonab lead this initiative with their expertise in urban development, AI-driven modelling, and energy systems.
"This is our 20th cohort on the back of ten years of running the Accelerator Programme and it is focused on solving some of the most diverse sets of problems we’ve seen so far. From minimising the environmental impact of datacentres, to scaling green lending and tackling the impacts of social media use, these are big challenges of today which location data can help to solve. If these founders could make a small dent in these problems it could transform the way the world tackles them. We’re proud to say Geovation will be there to supercharge their efforts."

PropTech startups
- Block Manager Technology: Simplifying property management with its AI-powered platform, Block Manager Technology automates maintenance, compliance, admin, and financial management. By combining land and property data with intelligent workflows and a vetted contractor marketplace, it helps owners and agents manage their buildings efficiently. Founder Robert brings extensive experience in government contracting and property management.
- Clear Chain: Revolutionising property transactions with its AI-powered platform, Clear Chain automates conveyancing steps and increases transparency across the entire chain. By extracting updates from emails and using parallel processing, Clear Chain identifies issues early and prevents deals from falling through. Founders Aidan and Rose drive this mission with their expertise in legal tech and customer service.
- MatchKey: Unifying fragmented property data into a structured, searchable platform, MatchKey’s proprietary matching engine connects over 40 datasets, improving address accuracy and enabling faster, more informed property decisions. Founders Chris and Simon bring deep industry knowledge in property investment and data analytics to transform how property data is connected and utilised.
"We’re thrilled to welcome the latest Geovation Prop Tech cohort, consisting of innovators who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with location and property data. At HM Land Registry, we’re proud to support bold ideas that have the potential to shape the future of the property market and benefit the wider UK economy. We look forward to seeing their visions come to life."
