Jess joined Ordnance Survey on the OS Graduate Scheme, working on several exciting projects. She has a passion for making mapping accessible and has been recognised for her work on developing colourblind-friendly mapping. Jess also uses her data visualisation skills to support people with physical disabilities to access public transport services.
"Something which is really important to me is the ability for everyone to come to work and feel safe and accepted."
Jess is also the co-chair of the OS LGBT+ network.
