Planned maintenance notice
Some OS Data Hub services will be temporarily unavailable from Friday 7 November at 3pm to Sunday 9 November at 6pm. This includes Premium Data downloads, some new Premium orders, OS Net RINEX updates, and Partner licence management.
All other services, including APIs, Open Data downloads, and error reporting, remain fully accessible. Normal service will resume from Monday 10 November at 8:30am.

How long do I have to return an item?
Damaged, broken or incorrect items
If the item(s) are damaged or broken on delivery, they can be returned for a full refund or a replacement within 14 days from delivery. If the item you receive is not the one ordered, please return it within 14 days from delivery and we will send the correct ones as soon as possible.
Unwanted items
If you change your mind, you can return any item within 14 days from delivery. We will refund the purchase price, standard delivery charges and the cost of posting the product to us within 14 days of us receiving the product. Note that this does not apply to items that have been created specifically for you, such as Custom Made maps, which will only be refunded if damaged.
