Land Registry Application site survey

Provide us with details to help us carry out a survey requested by HM Land Registry

To support a land registration application, HM Land Registry has asked us to carry out an independent survey of the property.

Our surveyors make sure that Ordnance Survey’s mapping accurately reflects the property, adding updates and recording any additional information requested by HM Land Registry.

To help us successfully carry out the survey, please fill in the details below.

This form should only be used in conjunction with a 'live' HMLR caseworker request. For other queries, please use our contact form.

 

On the day of the survey please keep any potentially dangerous pets and other animals securely away and remove any hazards or dangers both in respect of the land and any buildings (or materials or substances in it).

Our surveyors will not enter a property if they believe that a minor (under 18) is the only person in the property.

Our surveyors carry ID cards and are more than happy to produce them on request.
