John was previously Chief Customer Officer and has moved to a role providing strategic advice to the CEO. As CCO, he led the team providing world-leading location data to public sector customers, businesses and developers.
He will drive delivery of the new Public Sector Geospatial Agreement which includes new data, improved access to OS data and new freedoms to share.
John’s deep understanding of the public sector includes roles as Director of Government and Partner Engagement at OS where he maximised the benefits government and businesses get from OS data and expertise.
John serves as a board member for GeoPlace, has experience as a Non-Executive Director on the Met Office Board, and holds a Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma.
