Welcome to the Partner Conference 2026. Building on last year's commitment to empowering our partners and driving business growth, this year's conference focuses on the real power of synergy— as we pursue growth, it is equally important to emphasise the value of collaboration and the principle of mutual growth. By fostering a culture of working together, we not only accelerate our progress but also ensure that achievements are shared.
Together, we will explore emerging trends, celebrate our collective successes, and lay the groundwork for a future defined by shared growth and lasting value.
The morning will begin with plenty of time for registration and networking. We’ll then share our vision and strategic direction for the year ahead, providing clarity and inspiration for our ongoing partnership.
The afternoon will feature nine targeted sessions chosen to present core information. Designated areas will also be available for informal discussions with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Pricing & Licensing teams. A quiet workspace will be provided for those requiring time to manage work or calls between sessions.

Join us for an evening at the OS Premier Lounge
Join us for a memorable evening as our atrium is transformed into the OS Premier Lounge, an inviting and stylish space designed for comfort and enjoyment. The venue will feature cosy seating areas, a generous selection of food and drink, a large bar serving soft drinks, beer, wine and cocktails, and casino tables. To add to the atmosphere, our fantastic magician will return, and live music will be provided by a pianist. We invite everyone to come together and celebrate our successes in what is anticipated to be a great event.

Food and drink
A diverse selection of dishes will be available, catering to a variety of tastes. Highlights include roast beef with yorkshire puddings, mac & cheese, pan-fried sea bass, and a vintage old-school pudding table offering delights such as lemon meringue pie and sherry trifle. In addition, a remarkable cheese map will showcase cheeses sourced from across the UK, served alongside Vintage Port. Our cocktail bar invites you to enjoy classics like the Old Fashioned, a Dark and Stormy, or our signature Velvet Cocktail Lounge creations.
Casino tables
Challenge your luck at our blackjack and roulette tables, where guests can enjoy playing with pretend money in a relaxed and social setting. The casino tables will be open to all, providing a fun and interactive experience for everyone throughout the evening. To add an extra element of excitement, prizes will be awarded to those who accumulate the most winnings by the end of the night, so come prepared for some friendly competition and bring your best game!
Magical entertainment
Stephen James, who has delighted our guests and made a memorable impact over the past two years, is returning once again. His aim is to astonish and amaze guests, ensuring that the magical experience will be a highlight remembered and discussed long after the event. Stephen's unique blend of illusion and charm will help make the evening unforgettable.
Live music
To complement the lively atmosphere, a pianist will perform music that perfectly matches the mood and vibe of the lounge, adding an elegant touch to the festivities and enhancing the overall experience.
