InfoTrack users can benefit from a range of OS-related digital conveyancing solutions including conveyancing searches, Regulated Local Authority Searches and Regulated Drainage & Water Searches, all of which include OS maps. Clients will see the maps and confirm the boundaries of a property when using these services within the InfoTrack platform.
InfoTrack primarily works with customers in legal services to deliver: digital conveyancing including electronic client onboarding, searches, post-completion, due diligence (AML, Lawyer Checker, Client Bank Account Checker), property reports and e-signature solutions.
InfoTrack can be used by law firms of all sizes from sole practitioners to SME’s, mid-sized firms and larger enterprises.
InfoTrack is a pay-as-you-go service, so users only pay for the searches and services they use. There are no subscription fees to use InfoTrack.
